10 Goals To Long-Term Success

Long-Term Goals of a Business (of Your Business)

We all have goals, right? We all can achieve through being focused and driven to build a business that will give us a continues passive income stream which ultimately will lead to Financial Freedom.

It is up to each and every one of us to put the work effort in in order to see results.

How do we expect increased results without any effort expenditure?

When do we expect to start tasting the fruits of our hard work?

What should you do in order to make sure that you have a sustainable and self-reliant source of income to your disposal?

And probably the most important question you need to ask yourself…Are you willing to do what others can…but won’t? 

I have put together a simple list of 10 Goals that anyone can achieve, and by achieving this you will start a process that nature will help shift the momentum of success in your favor, all you must do is keep feeding that movement and nature will take care of the rest.

Goal 1 – Find a Business

If you are reading this, you have already achieved the first goal of finding a business that you want to invest your time and energy in…if you don’t feel the same then this business is probably not for you. If you are not 100% sold on the business value proposition, then how do you expect to create wealth if you have no confidence in the business. I do believe though that we all have an inner need to succeed and are willing to give it what it takes in order to ALL achieve.

Goal 2 – Support Structure

Nothing is more important than having a strong support team that you can lean on during difficult times. That one or two people in your team that can re-energize and re-focus you to remain on the right track. Use your Upline or Downline members that can guide you and help you to your success…because it will ultimately result in them achieving success as well.

Goal 3 – Understanding the Business

Understanding the Business is not a difficult goal to achieve. All it takes is for every one of us to be a bit more committed in your own business and by that, I mean get connected. You don’t need to setup meetings or do your own presentations. This business does all of this for you. Multiple Introduction Presentations are currently being done for the members to share with others who also would like to start their own business, but don’t necessarily have the know-how or skills. Various internal training sessions are offered via a state-of-the-art, technology driven, App…all you have to do is download the FREE App from the IOS or Android Appstore’s and then start to complete the training by watching a collection of videos and you will immediately increase your knowledge and become more confident in your business. Confidence Sells! You need to find ways to help others start their own businesses, and this is one of the best ways to get them started. Perhaps you don’t really understand the value that you have to your disposal being a member of this business…and perhaps it’s time to find out by contacting your upline. What we have is absolutely amazing and all the tools are there for you to use…all you have to do is USE THEM.

Goal 4 – Become a Master Inviter

Become a Master Inviter sounds like some weird thing, but it is actually such an easy
thing to master. Follow the guidance from your leaders by joining the various Zoom or Facebook Live sessions and using their knowledge to achieve your success. Copy the right actions from the people who have done it before you and you can’t go wrong. The only thing you have to do to become a Master Inviter is to…Plant the Seed and
wait for it to start developing. We people are funny things…first we are intrigued about something, but we don’t want to say anything…then we become so inquisitive about it that we start asking more questions about it…and then we can’t bare the idea of not having it and that is your que to invite them…so make people want to have it.

Goal 5 – Get Involved

Do you want others to dictate how much you can earn in this business…or do you want to create your own income possibilities? Getting involved in your business does not mean that you need to spend so much time on it that your current job gets affected by it…No…by getting involved we mean to say that you need to be up to speed with the latest developments by joining the vast communication streams that are available…Join the webinars to stay abreast of the last product info…Join the internal training sessions in order to build and learn new skill levels and encourage your members in your team to do the same…and join the Month-End session that highlights great performers as well as potential new product launches, they share an immense amount of info on these sessions. Don’t sit on the side and expect others to grow your business for you.

Goal 6 – Take Control of Your Business

Take Control of your business, because no one else will do it for you. You show others what needs to be done so lead by example. It’s an awesome ability to be able to give yourself a raise in income…What boss will give you increases every month?? You have the power and tools in this business to be able to decide when you want to make more money…just create a growth plan, focusing on your achievement and earning goals and by when you would want to reach them, be 100% focused on the end goal  and implement your growth plan in order to deliver the results…this is not a guessing game…you know what you are able to earn, you just need to decide how much you want and commit to it. Just Do It.

Goal 7 – Connecting your first member

This one is an awesome feeling, the fact that you are helping someone in establishing a new financial path to potential financial freedom and changing their lives for the better is awesome. We should all try and help as many people as possible by offering them the opportunity and letting them make up their own minds about it. Be open and transparent and share this opportunity with anyone interested in creating a passive income stream…everyone wants the ability to have a bit of extra cash through a side
hustle and this side hustle is one of, if not the best, opportunities out there that can and will change peoples lives…whether they like it or not.

Goal 8 – Help Your First Member to Connect with his/her first member

The universe is a powerful thing…once you have helped someone to get on a path of new wealth creation, you then help that new person to connect their first member which stimulates the universe to expose you to positivity.
By helping others, we all become successful and share in the abundance that is out there. Have a sub-goal within this goal that says…I will achieve 3 new members within the first month of joining, then help/teach those 3 to each get 3…the power of duplication and repetition is huge, and you will see the benefits of this almost as soon as when you start it.  

Goal 9 – Earn Your First Real Income

As part of your growth strategy, you should also connect value with progress and in that I mean…Achieve the first payday as soon as possible. When you have earned your first income from the business you will generate a sense of pride and achievement and become more confident in the business knowing that it delivers on what it set out to deliver…Celebrate It! You will cultivate a new need within you that awakens the entrepreneur within you. You then strive to obtain the next income goal and before you know it you start earning a substantial income. Thereby creating a wealth funnel for future growth that will be there not only for you, but also for your kids (Intergenerational Income).

Goal 10 – Continue Sharing your experience with others and help them find others with the same Needs, and help them obtain the same Solution.

Now that you have started receiving results from your business you put the sharing cap on your head, figuratively speaking of cause, and continue sharing your business successes in order to attract more people which you can help on a path to wealth creation. Get your prospects to attend company managed Facebook Live’s that have all the information that’s needed, where some prospects feel more comfortable to ask questions and the leaders will gladly answer all their concerns which ultimately helps you with growing your business. Consistency and continued focus on delivering these small steps will help you sustain your business for years to come.
